Richard David BSc (Bldg) Cert Ed (FE) FRICS MCIOB MCIArb, a chartered building surveyor, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators started his practice in central London in the eighties.

Today, Richard along with his team developed Building Surveying Solutions, a firm of chartered building surveyors and a chartered building consultancy, a highly successful practice offering a wide variety of professional services relating to property matters, architectural design and construction.

As a result of the demand for our niche party wall surveyor service within Building Surveying Solutions, Richard decided to form an additional specialist practice, thus creating London Party Walls.
